TRAINING PROGRAMME - Martin 618 Start-up

Objective:

This training programme mainly concerns the operators of the customer and is held on site.

The goal is to ensure that the operators will cope quickly with the machine after installation.

At the end of the training programme, the operators will know:

  • The safety functions and procedures.
  • The manual controls of the machine.
  • The general functioning of the machine and a standard set-up procedure across all the shifts.
  • Flexographic printing knowledge and running advantages.
  • The computer capabilities, MPC touch screen.
  • Advantages to run the machine at optimum speeds.
  • Pre-setting the next job for pit-stop order changes.
  • Adjust the production settings.
  • Maintain the machine.
  • Drive the machine in production.

The above training applies to training 1 or 2 shifts (group of 6 persons as a maximum). In the case of a third shift, this programme must be extended.

Training organisation:

For good organisation and efficiency of the training, it is necessary:

  • That the operators attend at all the sessions.
  • To keep a record of training (documentation supplied by EFEM Ltd.)
  • That training to be covered on a day shift.
  • That facilities to train away from the machine are provided (Theory Training.)
