The programme has been designed to improve production outputs. By evaluating key areas on the machine, through mechanical and production surveys, we can establish the areas that require improvement quickly and cost effectively as possible.

The programme is based over 10 man-days a year per machine. It includes regular servicing, training for engineers and operators, machine repairs whilst the engineer is on site, 24hr technical support. Allocated time will be necessary to carry out machine surveys by an EFEM engineer.

We suggest that inspections are carried out over two day visits, allowing the engineer to survey the machine running in production and to liaise with the crews of any machine issues. To check the positioning of tooling and calibrations and that they are parallel and calibrated correctly, this maintains quality to consumer tolerances with machine reliability.
